BeadTrimmer™ Product Line

R&L Manufacturing's BeadTrimmer™ tooling is designed to remove the interior fusion bead in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) fused pipe only. The Mega-Large BeadTrimmer™ series offers three sizes to accomodate a range of large diameter pipe: MLBT-30, MLBT-36, MLBT-54. R&L Manufacturing's Universal External BeadTrimmer™ (UEBT) makes quick work of the external bead on a 30" SDR 11 fusion. The UEBT is a pneumatic tool and requires an air compressor (not included) to power the reciprocating steel chisel. It is the most effective way to remove the external fusion bead on pipe sizes 12" and up.
