Does the pipe size match up with the BeadTrimmer unit size? For example a 4” pipe, I would use a BT2-04?
Yes, a 4" BT2 BeadTrimmer head (PN: BT2-04) will remove the interior fusion bead in most 4" pipe.
However, depending on the SDR (such as with SDR 7, 7.3, or 9), there are circumstances where you may choose a smaller BeadTrimmer head size to accommodate the smaller interior diameter.
We offer 13 different sizes for our BT2/BT3 BeadTrimmer heads. Each BeadTrimmer head has an adjustable diameter and cutting range specific to the corresponding nominal pipe size.
